On June 24th & 25th 2025, the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting of the project WorkINC2024 – Inclusion of VET Trainees in SMEs through Responsive Training Pathways, co-financed by the Erasmus+ Program, was held at the 1st EPAL of Preveza’s offices.
The project aims to enhance the integration of VET (Vocational Education and Training) trainees into SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), which are the key component of the European production system. The partners involved in the project – 1st EPAL OF PREVEZA (GREECE), EUROFORM RFS (ITALY), MOZAIK (TURKEY), OSENGO (FRANCE) and SEMPER AVANTI (POLAND) – each bring their own expertise to develop an integrated solution that addresses the needs of social and professional inclusion in SMEs.
This solution will adapt training pathways to the initial expectations of trainees and prevent potential challenges related to the integration of new workers into companies. The meeting confirmed strong collaboration across partners and a shared commitment to building more inclusive environments for trainees across Europe.
