The project aims to enhance the integration of VET (Vocational Education and Training) trainees into SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), which are the key component of the European production system. The partners involved in the project – EUROFORM RFS (ITALY), MOZAIK (TURKEY), OSENGO (FRANCE), SEMPER AVANTI (POLAND), and 1st EPAL OF PREVEZA (GREECE) – each bring their own expertise to develop an integrated solution that addresses the needs of social and professional inclusion in SMEs.
This solution will adapt training pathways to the initial expectations of trainees and prevent potential challenges related to the integration of new workers into companies.
